New Work for Le Chêne

I recently returned to Le Chêne to photograph several new menu items, as well as capture a portrait of co-owner and wine director, Ronan Duchêne Le May. It is always a pleasure to be in the space Alexia and Ronan have created, especially to capture such beautiful dishes.

My favorite image we made that day was of the dry-aged short loin Alexia set down on the table at the start of our time together. There’s something unnervingly sexy about a giant piece of meat sitting on a white tablecloth… Enjoy!
