Field Trip!

I joined The Welton’s Tiny Bakeshop crew on a field trip to visit a few of the purveyors they work with most frequently at the bakeshop.

We are SO LUCKY to have access to food like this in South Carolina. It might sound strange, but living in a food eden is one of the strongest cases that convinces me to stick around… not dissimilar to how people talk about “biting into a fresh tomato in Italy” you could say of South Carolina peaches, tomatoes, strawberries, pole beans, peppers, the list goes on.

We have access to such. good. food. It’s the source of life!

Watching the Welton’s share this experience with their team was unbeatable. The joy of someone pulling a carrot out of the ground, unmatched!
